Die Dienstag-Anleitung kommt natürlich trotzdem pünktlich.
I planned to show my first sewing-tutorial on Tuesday, actually… Now there spontaneously is something else as my sewing-premiere! ;)
The Tuesday-tutorial will be there on time, nonetheless.
Due to current demands (I caught a terrible cold...) I like to show to you how you can sew this little knick-knacks-purse in a jiffy. I noticed that all the cold-stuff I wanted to take with me had to tumble all by itself in my handbag while I was packing it, because the spouse and I had to go somewhere. You simply cannot take this if you sew!
So, I sat down at my sewing-machine today and produced relief. To pursue your favorite hobby is somewhat like recovery, lastly. ;) This little purse I fondly named “Kletti”* is the result, made out of an piece of a pant leg of an old pair of jeans.*1 The unfilled size is about 15 cm x 10 cm and it can take everything you can see in the picture below. The tissues as well (in case of emergency), actually.
To sew such a purse is suitable for beginners, too. If you are a beginner and my tutorial leaves questions do not hesitate to get in contact with me in any form!
*Kletti is derived from the German word “Klettverschluss” = Valcro so “Kletti” = sort of… Valcri ;)
*1I will let you know what happens to the rest of those jeans as soon as it’s done, of course.
